Sunroof Visor

Might sound silly, but how do i get the damn sunroof deflector off?
I tried to just unscrew it but that didnt work. Also I wanna reinstall my video camera, For those of you that didnt know I had a video camera in my car hooked up to the visor tv's so i could see behind me on the televisions. I'm thinking of running it to the front of the car now, but i wanna put it in a good location. Any ideas? My first thought was to run it all the way to the front where the vents are.

Any way back to the sunroof thing now, i need to get it off. All help greatly appreciated.

what up. u gotta show me that camera and tv thing. sounds hot. but why u need to have a camera point in front of the car. u already looking that way.
