it will fit for sure. many 02-03 owners have done it.
Just a note that for at least the 03, in the middle of the area with all the system status lights (oil, brake, srs, abs, etc) there is a plastic tube that holds a screw that connects the plastic housing to the gauges. You can either drill a hole in the bezel, or cut off the plastic part.

Also, some light may leak out around the edges, so what I did was put some wide electrical tape around the edges and under the bezel to mask it out.
