5spd swap

i need to know everything about doing a 5spd swap. i found a talon with the tranny i need. so id have the whole car to take parts from. what else will i need? can you describe the process? what about the center counsel? need advice please!!!

5spd smap fom what? Automatic? If that's the case, you must change your transmission support, find a way to install a clutch pedal and the hyadraulic system for that (or you can just use cable, less work to be done). The center console doesn't have to be changed, just the prtion where the shift stick comes out.

yes, i would be going from automatic.

so basically i need a complete list of the parts i need.

clutch
slave cylinder
clucth master cyl
shifter cables
shifter assembly
pedal assembly

what else might i need? and can i get all that stuff out of a 92 Talon? or will i need some stuff specifically from a galant?
