I got a set of JDM VR-4 Tails for the 7g last year.(Some of you might remember me posting my pics when I got them) My g/f was able to get in contact with someone for me and get me a brand new JDM taillight assembly. I have tried to get another few sets of these lights...but no luck. The style you see on the above white 7g is actually a rare style because they were only installed on some VR-4's and VR's and very hard to obtain. The most common JDM design is the ones like the 94-96 tails but with the chrome borders.

I will probably post pics of the JDM 7g VR-4 tails on -G-rim. I haven't installed them because I want them done when the car done with body repair (mostly dents) and repainted.

No offense..but HELL no! 8) I have been trying for almost 2 years to get these lights and I won't give them up due to the fact my g/f took alot of her time and patience to find and set up getting these lights for me.

Send me your details dude, they're not uncommon. Just a facelift - they'll be around $100 at most from a wrecker here.

    ...

    hi guys!

those jdm tails are pretty common here in the philippines. my buddy and i are into restoring 6th gen galants (we've got a group of about 20 of us over here all driving galant gtis) though i also used to own a 7th gen two years ago.

anyway, we've got good ties with an importer of used japanese car parts and those tails, as well as headlamps and front bumpers have been starting to come in quite often over the past two years. there isn't as much of a demand here though, coz most of us enthusiasts are more into the 6th gen.

anyway, i don't know anything about how you guys do overseas transactions here. of course, there's always the issue of money and goods having to change hands simultaneously and all. let me know how it works and maybe we can help you guys.

I am in desperate need of the foglight cover... I'll do whatever it takes to have it because I'm so pissed at myself for losing it.

It shouldn't weigh more than a pound, packaged for shipping... so cost of shipping would be maybe $10-$15 at most I'd think.

Any way you can help would be appreciated, let me know.

Ok - got hold of the bits if anyone is keen.

Ill send ya over my foglight surround if ya want it, its like a $5 part

OK - facelifted front bumpers - that is, the 94-96 shape with squarer foglights, are approx $400 us each - they're reasonably rare even here. Mirrors and side skirts are approx $100 each (new zealand dollars mind you), taillights are approx $300 (nzd) for the whole assembly - i.e both lights and the centre part. Anything else, just ask. VR4 bits are the same if anyones after some DECENT gearboxes, driveline etc.
