My paint...dear god what is this???

I dont know how that got their. I dont remeber seeing it when i bought the car almost a year ago. Is it oxidation? It has no texture to it really. So my guess is that the paint under the clear coat has gone to hell. What can i do about this? I used the paint "pen" (from mitsu) to make it a little less noticable. Also it becomes REALLY evident right after I wash and dry my car.

So thats oxidation huh? What causes it? Or more important why the hell is it line? I never put a bike rack or any other sort of rack on my car.

Also is their anything i can do about this (maybe fix it/prevent it)?

Use a clay bar with lubricant, that should completely remove the oxidation/fallout. Try Kragen for a clay bar.
