Here is what fits from the 4g63t:

    1g/2g Exhaust manifold
1g/2g Injectors wired with a resistor pack
    2g intercooler piping(close fit I believe)
    1g Throttle body(slightly modded)
    2g Strutbars
2g Transmisssions along with 2g axles
    1g/2g 7bolt clutch/pressure plate
    2g 7bolt flywheels
    2g ECUs with slight rewiring
    94-01 3pc CAI
95-99 Civic short ram(used for cai extension)
2g turbo eclipse MAF is the same as ours
    2g FWD suspension

    What doesnt fit:
1g/2g Intake manifolds(not on SOHC, but DOHC yes)

Im sure theres more but I have a bad memory
    7g for life!

our cars are 7 bolt? I thought they are 6? Forgive me, I was reading a site on 4G63's the other day, and could swear they sold nothing but 6-bolt motors....

    hmmm

IMHO, a 4g63t swap is the way to go roman,
but like the ppl here who did it, took them time,
    money and effort :!:

if u want, go w/ sethmo, swap your AT w/ a
2G turbo AT tranny, or go with a 5 speed swap!

in my opinion, do the latter first. it shaves off pretty
decent weight from our heavy 7Gs and it's better than
our crappy auto, plus when u go turbo, u don't have to
    worry about changing ur tranny.

but like everyone here had said before, it all depends on you,
    so goodluck

What about the brakes, I'm looking into that conversion right now, and it looks like the 2g setup will bolt right on to our Galants. To get four disk brakes. Doing this conversion will convert the lug pattern from 4 to 5 bolt.
If anyone has a complete parts list needed for the ful conversion let me know. I found the sight for the rear conversion, just need help on the front.
Also, i was going to get the GST stock rims ut i hear they bend way to easily.

all 7gs are 7bolts. ONLY 6bolt 4g63ts are in 90/91 and early 92 1gs, and 2.4L 6bolts are the 4gcs and another one but they were in Hyundais.

Do our cars, or more specifically mine have the capability to be crankwalk'ers?

Not as much as turbo 2gs, but it can happen. But most likely not in autos and not in NT cars.

I was wondering since shortly after I first got it my crank angle sensor got broken. And I have had an issue with the clutch adjustment.

I will know theres a bigger problem when I get done fixing the Slave/Master/lines today and it still has problems with the clutch.

how about the 94 GS? almost all the parts from the 1G/2G 4G63 should fit.

The reason why the 4G63 site you looked at only offered 6-bolt built engines is because most performance shops refuse to build 7-bolts for fear of CW. The 2.4L hybrid motors start with Hyundai 6 bolt bottoms. To put one of these motors in a 7G, you would have to do the 2G 6-bolt conversion that 2G DSM owners have to do.

The auto in my '97 LS is the same tranny used in a '95-'98 auto 2GS-T.

You wouldnt do a 2g bottom in a 7g you would do a 4GCS (hyundai) bottom.

IIRC, One of the first signs is usualy the crank sensor gets chewed up, when the crank starts walkin..

You sure about that? I thought the 2G GSTs were 4 speed... 7Gs are 3 speed autos.

Well I did some web research and found the specs for 7Gs, and it does say 4-speed autos w/overdrive... I just found out it odd when searching a parts catalog it lists tranny parts as 3-speed.
