My A/C smells , what has to be replaced?

After 4 years , the A/C on my 2000 Galant smells like Pee after I turn it off .. I believe I just need to have the coolant replaced, right?

    Any thoughts?

There is a known issue with bacteria growing in the accumulator or something that causes that nasty smell. Try spraying some lysol disinfectant (not just air freshner) in your fresh air intake. Not the intake for the engine - the one at the bottom of the windshield. There's actually a tech bulletin that suggest this. Also - do a quick search for "dirty socks" there was a post a while back about this too...
