its the new bumper support. i figure it out, there werent any holes drill in it but i just drilled 2 holes and it bolted up.

Mounts the same place the original mounted. The top is an exact copy of stock, just the front is shorter and rounded to fit the bumper.

I got my kit....hell yeah.

I haven't had a chance to unwrap it from the bubble wrap and I really don't know how I'll get this thing home. But from what I can see the quality looks real good.

yup got mine today! just got home about 7:30 at night, so i don't think i'll crack it open yet. Pulled out the new bumper support though, and it's pretty round i thought. i'll have to see how it fits.

I've never dealt with a 97-98 front bumber, but i was wondering if there was a way to cut the grill off of a donor and somehow attach it or mold it onto the new kit. :?

you can cut it, but why would someone buy a new custom front bumper, that they would have to customize it when they receive it.
