How to Lay Cf? tips/tricks?

Hey i just bought Full yard of fabric 36x50 and 8 oz 4:1 epoxy kit and 20z hardert time dealing with Cf. How do i do the process? i tryed to serch sites but none are direct and clear. Do i put put the Cf materal on the object i want and poor the epoxy on it? then how long do i let it set? Do i sand or anything after that? Any help whuould be great since im geting the stuff by the end of next week.
