should i paint these black?

since my whole car is beige and black, with some chrome trim here and there, should i paint my chrome rims black and leave the lip chrome? my shop is only gonna charge me 120!

I've never really been a big fan of black rims, but with a chrome lip it looks sick. It goes tight with the hood and tints. Do it do it.
