    More Brake Problems

God i knew it was a bad idea to have standard mits front discs put on the car.(after i warped the first set)

Had to brake real hard today when some nugget pulled out in front of me, The smell from my pads and discs was horrible, plus when i got home only 1/4 mile from where it happened i noticed smoke rising from the discs/pads!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Had to drive the car round the block to cool them down!

think i might go back to mits and see if they can do anything.

Didn't you just hve your brakes replaced within the last 72 hours UK?? Perhaps it's just the new coating burning off. Gawd I hope so, for your sake mate. ButTJC is right. Have Mitsu check them for warping just to be safe, mate.

yep the brakes where replaced on friday just gone, been out for a drive this morning and all seems ok, so maybe it was because they are so new....but i'll give mits a ring on monday and see what they say.

I'm guessing it was just because they were new
same and you get the smell with a new exhaust
It takes a while for them to in-bed it etc
