Weird Noise

every time i shut my engine off, my cold air intake makes a weird noise, i dont know how to describe it, kinda sounds like its suckin up air or lettin some out, but its a weird noise, and also when i start my car it starts off being loud as fuck for until i take it off of park and shift it into reverse D or N

i dunno might be normal because of the intake, but i just want to make sure

my boy's s2000 has an intake and it doesnt do that... so i was curious
