    diconecting your odometer

I drive around 200km a day and my five year 100,000km warranty is only going to last me like a year so i want to disconect my odometerlike every second day or something to lower my k's. Does anyone know how and what has to be done, if anything, to the computer?or if this is even possible.

Yes it is. Its pretty hard to tamper with the odometer (it doesnt really come into play until you try to sell the car, at which time your ass could be in a sling).

Though you could put larger wheels on so it records less miles.

i realize it is illegal but i am not planning on selling this vehicle or trying to rip someone off by telling them i have less kilometers than i actually do have, i just want to do it for warranty sake. my buddy owns the mitsubishi dealership and he gave it the okay to tamper with it but he told me i would have to figure out how to do it.
if anyone knows i would really appreciate it if you helped me out. i just bought this vehicle two months ago and i don't want my warranty to run out right away. thanks

ok. warranty leads to MMC itself and that is illegal also. this should be locked or deleted :?

You are trying to cheat MMC by breaking the odometer wich is illegal.

    This is your warning.

If I see you asking how to defraud someone again I will ban you.
