if you're running low boost and tune it properly, you should be ok for a long time. even at 9psi like brandon is running will be good on the stock motor.

From what I know, the stock 4G64 can handle 7-9psi w/o any problems. Your tranny will last as long as you want it to essentially. If you're one to beat on your car and you're constantly boosting and decelerating, obviously it will put a lot of stress on your auto.

However, I know there's a couple 4G64 guys w/turbos that have had the stock auto for awhile and haven't had issues yet.

hah! You said JUST a turbo. No bigger injectors? Piggy back? intercooler? Are you going to do it right or just add a turbo?

Hey I'm new to all of this. What does all of this stuff mean, "wet or dry shot". And what is consisted in a "Turbo Kit". If some one doesnt mind educating me please pm or send me an email at [email protected].
