Here's a decent chart for the Turbo selection....

Gorgeous. Just mapped it out and its almost dead on. I was looking at a T04B-62-1 trim, which is pretty close to that 64 trim, and it is almost perfect. Very good call man.

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE(seth98esT)</div><div class='quotemain'>60 trim is a pretty large turbo, but those 680cc injectors should suit it just fine. Â*Just remember, the bigger the turbo, the more the power, the stronger the engine needs to be, and the more tuning is required.</div>
That turbo is actually just the right size for a 2.0L motor...maybe that's where you were going with that? For a 3.0, it just doesn't cut it, unfortunately.

As for injectors, you need ones that will be able to provide around a 10:1 a/f ratio at no more than 75% duty cycle.

thanks for all the help, but since when is the 60-1 turbo small?? i saw it at a shop and they said it was huge... and made mucho power... now for injectors im going with 350cc injectors off a 3000gt.. then for the fuel management getting the walbro fuel pump.. any good links for it? and what is the FPR? (fuel pump R...) thanks again to all for all the help and comprehention to help someone that is finally understanding this

The compression maps do not lie....The difference between a 2.0 and a 3.0 is freaking huge. That's kinda like putting a well fit 3.0L turbo on a 4.6 mustang...really wont work well. I'd say talk to Road Race Engineering since they know alot about turboing our engines

Exactly. A T3 IS a small turbo. Hell, a Td06h 20g is only a medium sized turbo. Look at the compression maps for large turbos some time; a T100 can move something like 180lbs/min of air.

I recently met a guy with a 96 Supra...he was running a big T70 at about 40psi at the track (I shit you not!!!) and 25 on the road. And that turbo was pretty damn huge. You only need a big turbo on our car if you are gonna run high boost, which the engine will not hold up to (unless you completely build it from the bottom up. Follow the compression maps, call RRE or RPW in Oz and see what they tell you.

FPR stands for fuel pressure regulator.

Remember that shops do not give a flying fuck about compression maps. They will say "Oh, this one's easiest" and hook you up. IM me and I'll send you some mapped out efficiency maps and you can print them out to take them up there. Be pretty clear about what you want.

RRE are not a fly by night shop, they will give you good service and a decent set up.

I agree with him....but in a much calmer tone.

I've heard so many complaints of all of the XS POWER/Stone Mountain Racing/OBX products. These two seem to take the prize:

    Complete crap.....
I say spend a few extra $$$ so you can have less downtime and less aggrivations on life. Just my opinion though and I'm an idiot. Adios.

will those fit or be good???</div>

i think you would be WAY better off staying away from the delphi/rochestor pos injectors. for one, they have a HUGE dead time, if you are going standalone, you can tune for the big increase, if you are going piggyback, you cannot, and it will cause all kinds of problems. also, the industry standard on injector flow is 3 bar. some of the places that sell the delphis rate them at more like 4 bar, which will mean they actually flow a lot less. now, getting huge injectors is also a big drawback, especially if you are using piggyback fuel control. what happens is you lower airflow so much, the ecu thinks the airflow is really low, so it adds timing. then, under boost, you get knock, which makes tuning very complicated. additionally, big injectors tend to not idle/low speed as good. add in the huge deadtime, and you get real problems down low. also, the delphis have been known to "flatline" at wot, meaning they will "top out" and a flow much lower than maximum, making fuel really lean. then, if one flatlines and the others do not, now you get big problems with one cylinder running a lot leaner, and destroying that piston. it is highly recommended that before you install any injector, new or used, you get it flowed, so you know EXACTLY what it can do. i just went thru hell with a set of 650 delpis from fic, brand new, flow was WAY off, tuning was all over the place, even with a chip compensating for the increased dead time. i finally replaced them with denso's, and, even with the delphi chip, the car ran WAY better. if you search some of the other forums, you will see a lot of people with tuning problems with delphi. i havent seen ANY with denso's.
