Some more on that:

97/98 are the same. 95/96 are pretty much the same but 94 is in its own class.

For the most part 95-97 are the same schematics but different conectors and wire colors. The majority of the electrical system is exactly the same except for certain systems like OBD in the 95's are a weird like obd1/obd2 mix..

94 again is just a whole different world. ECU is closer to a 1g type ecu and so far haven't found anyone with a good set of 94 schematics.
