check connections first and make sure everythink is tight enough
i think the motor for my windshield wipers is going out, cause it works when it wants to. can someone tell me how much a new one is, and if it is something i can get to, to fix myself. thanks

oem-car-parts.com has one for 139.96. The service manual has a diagnostic check to see if it's the motor or the wiper transmission that's failing. You may just need some grease on the transmission.

Genuine experience carries a lot more credibility than the ability to answer a question.
where do i look ands what does it look like
its probably NOT the motor.
first thing to check is the ground strap on on of the mouting bolts.
basically, just tighten ALL the mounting bolts... one of them has a ground on it, but rather than tell you which it is, just tighten them all.
