install turbo or whole head swap ?

Hey guys,
I have a 1999 galant 4cyl. and i also have a 1992 eclipse gsx sitting in my garage with a spun rod. I am going to replace the whole motor in the gsx with a new one, so what i would like some feedback on what would be the best way to get turboed and still be reliable. Should i just install the turbo setup in my galant or should i swap the whole head from the 4g63 to my 4g64. Or is that even a possibility?
Please give me some feedback on this.

Head swap is only possible with the Evo 4-8 Head.

i have a good 6 bolt block from my 90 talon sitting in my garage i will sell you it needs to be hot tanked, it has the whole rotating assembly minus the head, and for the money you would put into that galant to turbo it you could get that gsx into the low 13's high12's with ease,
