I'm pretty sure it's the fender liner...is it the little black thing? If so, it's about 20 bucks from the dealer.

Hey Jay, It's actually called the splash shield. It's not hard to remove. I had both of mine off this weekend to install my sidemarkers. It's all one piece from the front of the fender to the back. $20 from the dealer sounds awfully cheap, but anything's possible. You'll have to take the stone gaurd off at the rear of the fender first to remove it. Then there are about 10 screws and bolts, then it pulls right off. Let me know if you need a picture from the service manual.

Haha, I cracked mine at the fold b/c I was too lazy to take the whole thing off while routing my 4 gauge on the driver side wheel well. I just kept pulling down on it to give me enough room but alas it split. When I was done, I just pushed it back up and it still stays in place so it's cool. I know that if I need to get at it again, I will be taking everything off next time.

Thanks Allan. I guess since you don't have a G ride for the moment, you've got some time on your hands. Appreciate the backup partner.
