I know someone who hooked up a OEM changer to his 99 GTZ to replace his broken one. His radio now reads e-03. Does anyone know what the problem is?

The guy took the car to the dealer, and they said that its an internal problem with the cd changer. But I am sure that the cd changer works fine because when it was removed it worked.
Donovan, if you know the code, can you send it to me? I really want to help this guy out. If anyone can help I would really appreciate it.
He'll need to go back to teh dealer, give them his VIN nubmer and ask them nicely for the code to his OEM radio.Originally Posted by Yugo

I dont think E-03 is the code error. If the radio doesnt have the code entered, it displays "no code". unplug the cd changer and see if the code goes away.
I might have the manual for my infinity deck with the error codes in it....

Genuine experience carries a lot more credibility than the ability to answer a question.
