it makes sense that H&R would come out w/ them first for the 9G since they were the first to come out w/ 8G lowering springs. i had the one of the first 10 sets of H&R's (lowered my car in late 1999 early 2000 (can't remember)) and they rode nicely on stock shocks even after i cut them. H&R makes quality products.

it was like 1.25"-1.5". it wasn't low enough for me so i cut them. here's a pic... the top is b4 they were cut 1 coil, the bottom is of course after the cut:

Tirerack already has them listed on backorder. The springs must be real popular amongst 9g owners....

anyone got pics of what it looks like with the drop? i was gonna get some after i got my rims in, but i was thinking of just putting them on the front cause the gap difference in the front and rear is pretty big. But if u just put them in the front it might make it even.

You can Do what I did and Contact Ground Control and have them make you some CoilOvers for your 9G. That is what I did for my 8G and I was one of the first to have them. Expensive! But you can be the first

Check out cardomain. I think I saw 2 9Gs lowered. One is with sprint and one is unknown.

you don't want to just put the front springs in. it will throw off the balance of the car. the spring rates are designed to keep the car balance front to rear, side to side.
