Grunting brakes

My brakes on my 1999 Galant grunt almost on every application. I've learned to live with it, is this a characteristic of the car? I am currently running Mitsubishi pads w/ Brembo blanks (soon to be Brembo cross-drilled/slotted). Thanks!

how often does this this happen my g does the same but only on wet or chilly days sometimes when the car is being driving for the first time of the day
