    engine belts keep squeeking!!! driving me nuts

    Hi I changed my belts after 120k miles like I was supposed to but they still keep squeeking like crazy....all the time.....and I tensioned them already ....help!

    It may be your pullies, I sprayed a little lube on mine and it stopped

    yeah that happened to me to, usually when i turned the a/c on, or i didnt let the car warm up, i just had someone change the belts, and since my timing belt was going bad i had them change that too, i also tried lube, but that went away eventually, and i couldnt stand to keep sprying so i just kept taking it in, try and get a warranty or something

    you probably have a failing crank pulley. check it out and get it fixed quickly. if it fails totally, itll probably take out the timing belt.

    This happens to me everytime I change my belts. They just need to be tightened.

    Yes...I would check your crank pulley (Harmonic balancer) and see if there is seperating. If your belts are pretty new and you adjusted tension and still getting "squeeling"...then check the crank pulley.
