    word.

can someone tell me what the major problem is with getting a turbo without a fuel system? I would probably buy my own intercooling products but whats the major qualm of stock fuel system?

he is one of the guys that went up to iowa to get the xtech kit put on. I talk with him all the time and he knows his shit. i trust him 100%, so if your looking for a turbo kit this would be the best kit to go with

Agreed! Tearstone makes a great product. Hes a regular member on the Club3g and EclipseForums websites. In fact Im basing my kit off his (and in turn, off the Xtech kit).

Stock fuel system does not flow enough fuel to handle a substantial increase in air flow.

thanks for that. I honestly see myself saving up tirelessly to purchase this kit, but I am NOT installing it myself. Now its time to figure out if any local shops (Meineke, Midas) has the knowledge to hook this all up..

Find a tuning shop for this...I'm sure there is one performance auto shop that can do it. I'd trust myself before I went to a Meineke or Midas....

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT take it to any of those shops. Please find a tuner shop!!!! I don't care if u have to drive 4 hours, with something like this you want it done right

agreed with all above... I would buy that kit in a sec if it wouldn't be that expensive... but yeah, he's on Club3G and thats the former FIAS/AAI kit best to my knowledge... If I'm right, he also sells some refurbished SDS kits.

I got a feeling that in about a year, the number of turbo V6s will be close to the number of SCed V6s.

i was going to say that this kit looks rediculously familiar...lol but the only this is the placement... that turbo is going to get VERY& hot and you will have to heat wrap the inside of your hood and engine bay...not much room in there...

That kit looks nice, appears to be well designed, however that is the wrong turbo to be using for this application. That turbo requires a ton of exhaust gas to spool up and is excessively big for no reason. They should be using a hybrid T3/04E, possibly a 56 trim or even a 60-1 would spool faster then a full T4, and still be capable on the upward of 550-600whp.

FYI, at least for the V6 kit, it is actually not a T4, and I can only say that it is a correctly sized turbo according to my sources (the kit has gone through many alterations already, and that list looks a bit old).

The kit actually comes with a T3/T4e I believe. Last I heard it was .48/.63 setup, though that might have changed to .60/.63, in order to eliminate boost spikes.
