    O2 Sensor

    How many O2 sensor's are there on a 2001 cali spec I4.....I know we have one on the headers but are there any other ones......

    2. I have the same thing.
    The aftermarket headers do have that extra "bung" :lauging: for the extra 02 sensor. :thumbsup:

    I saw the bung on the flex pipe but that's the only one there.....where does my O2 sensor for my headers go to..... :?

    I'm not 100% sure on that. I haven't gotten the headers yet.

    One goes in the header and the other goes in the cat. coverter(or just a few inches in front of it).

    Only problem with that is when you install the headers both O2 sensors will have the same reading, this may trip your service light so you may want to relocate the second O2 sensor to after the main cat. I think it has been done but not sure.

    yeah because the rpw headers only have one bung(on the flex pipe) which is probably for the O2 sensor on the headers......I guess i'll have to relocate the other behing the cat.....

    That correct and that is what I did I had them move the second one behind the cat conv.
