Question

Hello gots a couple of questions, I just bought a Sony CDX-F7715X. I wanted to know there was anything extra than the regular install I would have to do? Should I need a harness kit or whatever?

I have a black 01 galant es, I don't like the red mitsubishi emblems, I want to replace em with the silver ones. I want to change both the front and back emblem, no where I could get em from and are they the same size and everything?

Know whats the best touch up paint for my black galant es, Its the stock black paint, also for the door handles.

>You can get the 02/03 stock silver/chrome rear tripple diamond from the dealership, usually around 12-20 bucks pending on dealership, as for the front, you can get some silver vinyl, or chrome vinyl tape and just cut and cover the red emblem, i did mine in black both front and back and looks great.

Connector Kit
Car Stereo Installation Kit
And/Or an Antenna Adapter

Will I need any of those to replace my stock cdplayer with my new Sony CDX-F7715X in my 01 galant es?

you just need the connector kit. now if you have a speaker in the dash, you'll need a mitah adaptor.

I blew my center speaker, so I'm gonna just leave it out I dont need a mitah adapter now then right?

well you have to remember that the premium systems have an external amp. meaning the wires that go to the speakers hook up that the amp. so if you bypass the amp you are gonna have to run wires from the head unit to the spekaers.
