Lubegard.... auto tranny additive anyone use it?

I'm hearing more and more about this stuff from tranny shops and the like. Has anyone use this? since all of us have auto's it might be something that could save us some trouble & $$ down the line. I don't want the G to follow in the steps of my eclipse and need a rebuild/new tranny at 80k. I'm already leary of my 01' galant tranny cus its only got 37k and its not very smooth. anyways I'm thinking of using the lubegard in my eclipse and see how it acts before using it in the galant.

when my auto went out on me the first time, i used some random automatic transmission fluid "healer" that's supposed to fix worn transmissions. it worked GREAT for a few months, but then some heavy traffic and hardcore heat killed it finally. went out on me at around 130K miles.

i say it's worth a shot. maybe manybrews can offer his divine insight
