A friend of mine has an outlander and let me tell u, its a waste of money. The retard also went and spent over 400 bucks to get the clear tails.

there are rumors that the outlander will come with the 3.0L v6 which is an upgrade from the 2.4L that is has currently. and oh yea, a 6 speed auto tranny

still wish it came with the optional 4g63T like the airtrek lol

the engine is a new 3 liter MIVEC v-6.
the trans is actually a CVT trans. Its designed somewhat differently than a lot of CVT trannies in that people dont like the way they "feel", so its designed to mimic a conventional auto with what feels like 6 shifts.
We havent seen them yet, but it should be a really nice trans.

It's about time they got rid of the damn I4 in a SUV.
