IS there a difference between a 1g TB from a turbo Vs. non-turbo?

Yes. Both are 60mm, turbo 1g TB requires the tb elbow bolted on which has a tiny passage. The 1g NA is 60mm and it is just like our stock TB in how you connect the upper intake pipe.

BTW heres a good deal on a TB and 1g intake mannie. Probably could keep the tb and sell the mannie for $20-30.

that 1g elbow is tiny
you really are best going for a 91-94 1g n/a throttle body.

thatthrottle body will work. but not any of the other crap in that pic
don't spend more thean 50 bucks for one.
