    Hot A/C slash Radio

Just wondering is this normal? My radio and A/C controls get really, really hot after a while in operation...

After a while, yes. Those lights they use are not very cool. I noticed that before I took my factory deck out. They do get quite hot. :burney:

It's the nature of incandescent bulbs no matter how small they are, lol. Now if they just start to use more fiber optics like other cars then they'd save energy and make less heat, DOH!

LED would be kooler and possibly brighter but IMO its not really worht to buy LED's and take apart the head unit and AC unit just to get to the bulb.

but if one wanted to, there is a tutorial on club 3g on how to acess these bulbs
