I will warn though, for automatics (most 7g owners) they will produce an entirely unacceptable ammount of vibration. I had them once upon a time, and I took them out after only 15 minutes.

For the 5 speeds, they're great. I had them in my ACR, and the SRT came with solid engine mounts from the factory, they definitely make a HUGE difference.
Staying busy is important. After all, idle hands spend time at the genitles.

Nah, I just drive a cement truck all day, and I don't want my DD to idle like one too.

no doubt man... i had them on my g and HATED THEM. If you have an automatic stay away from them... it's like having a badass system in your car, but no sound... just the vibration.

The most beneficial benefit with these inserts and/or solid mounts in general is preventing wheel hop. Wheel hop WILL KILL a tranny.....literally murder it OJ simpson style.

G this is the question i have to ask. Dont kill me please

Do i have to buy new mounts and then buy these inserts???

    Or

Do i just buy these inserts and put them on my existing mounts???

The driverside mount and top trans mount are going to be direct replacements. Meaning you will just remove the old rubber mount from the metal mount and push the new mounts in. The front and rear trans mount are just going to be inserts. So you would just take the prothane insert, insert it into the stock mounts and bolt teh mount back up. If your front/rear trans mounts are in bad condition Id either recommend getting new mounts then use the inserts, or use window weld, fill the mount and put the insert in the mount while the window weld is still wet. Kind of sealing the insert to the mount.

the inserts will repair torn mounts. so long as your mounts aren't shredded you'llbe fine. the inserts isolate all the old rubber back where it was supposed to be originally.
you'd be better off with new moutsn then inserts, but even on the site it says that the inserts will reapir the problem. it worked fine on my old torn front mount.
