yes i did a search for this ? but did not find a total answer but what parts can i get for a 8g eclipse that will work on my 2000 gtz or what parts won't work on my car ? I appreciate the help

the eclipse is built on the galant frame...that should give you an idea of what fits and the engine is the same in both.

from the cat forward, the exhaust is the same. from the cat back the galant's exhaust is a lil bit longer than the eclipse's
but the galant's exhaust is really similar to the stratus's exhaust. they can use the same parts from the cat forward and use the same parts from the cat back with lil mods.
anyone else have any input
