i've put a lot of thought into it, but it doesn't get anywhere. what can we do really? mine isn't as bad as others but makes my interior look like i got the car from a junk yard.

how does the airbag open? if it flips "up" then i guess we can superglue or krazyglue the edges back down into the dash. if it opens "down" then the passenger is fucked when there's an accident.

if the airbag deploys like the 8g airbags deploy then i don't think superglue is gonna stop it from opening. when my airbags went off in my 8g, the passenger side airbag just popped up and smashed my windshield pretty bad. i don't know what kinda super glue you are using but i think most superglues will break if the airbag is deploying the way it does

Well just disable the airbag by unpluging it and then just remove the Airbag light in the guage cluster then superglue it down... Don't see why that wouldn't work.

don't even worry about unplugging it. just superglue it down. if the airbag deploys, it'll just take a chunk of the dash with it.

and with that said, if you haev your airbags deploying i think you have bigger problems than just an ugly looking dash.
