I was paying more attention to my A/F ratio, which was hovering around 12, but I felt a big surge come up at around 4500. I was slowly pushing down on the pedal, not even halfway, and yes, I almost pissed on myself

Are you clicking the link directly? Try right-click+save as instead of left click to save it locally. I'm trying to convert it to a more compact format.

How's your car running, haven't talked to you in awhile.

To think you had a turbo on your car literally the week before I did my car, time goes by quick.

I am Speachless :explode: My 8g is very similar to yours except I have the inline 4. But soon though I will have my tearstone running through the engine bay. Working in the asthetics first. thumbsup:

LOL I am right there with you, I am working on modding up my engine this year along with changing out to a V6 kit that I sell now.

Now I want a Galant to turbo

    Okay, update time:

Ran wires to the trunk for the battery and am now running an Optima Yellow Top. Everything seems to work fine, but drove it around the block again, on it started to stall again just as I slow down to get onto my driveway. At least with the Optima, I wait a minute and it starts up fine again, but with the Braille battery, I had to actually recharge it before I could start the engine again. Also, my A/F ratio was around 15/16 at idle, but is now 13 - is that the ECU correcting itself?

    Update:
Well things are looking very good - was able to take her out for another drive around the block, and didn't stall at all, or even come close to stalling. Guess I had to give the ECU a bit more time to adjust.

I'm pretty much done hacking up the front bumper cover - very drawn out process of putting the bumper on, marking off where things rub, then pulling off the bumper and trimming with my Dremel tool. Lather, rinse, repeat.

Now all I gotta do is get her through that 500 mile break-in period, and I've got a lot of excuses to go for a drive

Finally got the front bumper cover on. Unfortunately, I had to lose my driving lights, as the left side intercooler piping runs into that space. I could still probably mount them, but I would have to modify the cover. For now, I'm just going to run without driving lights and pick up the covers without fogs (ala DE).

    (sorry, crappy phone pic)

    More pics to come...
