Detailed parts list for 5spd Swap

I have searched for a long time and cant find what I am looking for, I am asking for someone who really knows or actually done the swap to please post up a very detailed list of exactly everything need to do this swap. And please no one say use the search because I have and spent hours reading and taking notes from several different posts but still wait someone to help me out thanks in advance

the tutorial is a sticky in the 8G forums I think, also look for my post on the swap and you will find some answers. Even though i got a 7G its still the same principle for an 8G. and yes the search does work, but i know how you feel bout not finding exactly what u looking for.

Not sure. I know they make a short shifter for the 3g. THe normal bearing will probably work and I bet Energy makes a shifter base bushing kit for the 3g.

tjere is a brass bushing set for the 8g/3g/evo underhood shift cables. should make a heck of a difference

yeah they make brass bushings for the cables, energy suspension makes urethane bushings for the shifter base, B7M and megabn racing make short shifters, its all the sam shifter parts as 3g's and evo's
