ask peano...

I found the wiring for the JDM switch thanks to Cali

But I dont know which wires to hook to the USDM wires.. any ideas?
i've always wanted to get those mirrors so i'll ask a few questions.
If you have the mirror and the control module, what else besides a power wource would you need. I would assume that the wires from the mirrors would be color coded to the jdm wire harness? (but manufacturers are idiots so that would be too easy)
Looks like you get to right the tutorial for installation of JDM mirrors.
how come i write all the 7g wiring tutorials
just wired the USDM switch back into place, gonna use a toggle style switch for fold/unfold
followed pinoys recommendation of a DPDT switch, got the left mirror full functional so far and fixed the gauge cluster problem at the same time. ridin no door panels and lower dash sucks though
i just have mine hooked up to a dpdt switch, the jdm mirror switch is non operational
I have had my JDM folding mirrors for awhile now. I am going to have to come up with some type of wiring since my 7g doesnt have power mirrors.

if i remember correctly, all you need is the part of the wiring harness for the doors, someone along the line the wiring unplugs from the harness in the frame of the car between where the door and the frame meets, replace your non power harness with the power harness and accessories that go with it and put in the fuses that are required in the fuse box and thats it. The G's come with the locations and supposedly comes prewired for the stuff, only fuses are missing on most. I had an S,ES,LS.
Not how fast your car goes but how good u drive going fast.
