How do you take out the radio?

I need to get the VIN and serial numbers because I am getting the CODE error. I've been searching around and they say to take off the wood trim and then some screws. But, I am having trouble removing the trim... how exactly do you take it off? And does it snap back on or do I have to do something else?

just yank it off. it snaps right back on.. the thing is, your scared your going to break something and belive me you wont.

Ok... I took out the wood trim... now what do I do to take the radio out?

Nevermind... I got it. I guess all I need to do now is call Mitsubishi.
