12V cigarette lighter socket just not working anymore

So yeah, I wake up and hook up my sirius and don't hear the satisfying beep it makes when it gets plugged in. I thought it was my radio or maybe the cable but I have an old neon tube with the cigarette plug on it. Plug it in and nothing happens. Anyone else have this problem? can it be a fuse or something? loose connection? Also, the light in my shifter selection is out. Possible to replace that? Thanks

it sounds like a fuse is out check there first

yea simply fuse, I had same thing yesterday as I jack all my powers from the cig lighter I managed to blow it somehow. Its the blue 15amp under the dash.
