    So I'm at my girlfriends house, and her brothers girlfriends brother sees my car for the first time and he tells me " you have a ghetto Cuban gangster car ". I told him thats a new one, no one has said that about my car before lol. This is how it looked as he told me..

    I do have to say this because it is a common misconception that when the gas gets low it picks up all the crap at the bottom of the tank, but guess what the issue with that is, the pump is always pulling fuel from the bottom of the tank so that argument is null and void. thats just crap people used to believe but if you pay attention the filter is on the bottom of the pump because its ALWAYS picking up from the bottom of the tank.

    I would also like to add that everyones cars have been looking great and I cant wait to get my new setup in and drive mine again

    My thoughts exactly. If it picks up crud (how does it get there I only pour gas in in it, never anything else) thats if there is any, whats the purpose of the strainer.

    The only thing I can think of to possibly cause harm to the pump is if its ran low and theres no fuel (usually cold) to keep the pump cool, thus damaging it for prolonged use (little motor overheating). For this theory I dont ride with low fuel levels, just something I sometimes OCD about.

    Precisely. The pump sitting in the fuel helps to dissipate the heat it generates, so low levels takes that cooling away, but that's about it.

    Prepping for MOD, tried to do some paint correction on the junkyard trunk I put on, some scratches and swirls just won't come off even with a heavy cut cleaner. I'm really getting lazy to finish the job on this car lol.
