    Get you some tape around the spots where it was folded to keep it like it should and let it sit in the sun or a warm place like that for about a day or so, it will look better and not stick up like that.

    You don't need a heat gun. Just tape around to push the fold back and let it sit in the heat. It will get restored to original state naturally that way. I heat gun will force it and might leave creases.
