How to remove door lock assembly?

My drivers side power lock has been making a very loud buzzing/rattling sound everytime I unlock the car. Basicly it seems that the electric motor continues to try to "unlock" the door, after its been unlocked. And so the result is a very loud buzzing/rattling sound.

Now my question is, what is the easiest way to remove the lock assembly? Do I need to take those three star shaped bolts out?

    Thanks.

if i remember correctly, there are the 3 star bolts that hold it in the door, and there are 2 rods connected to it.....(i think...maybe just one)

theres a clip you gotta push to one side, and the rod pulls up out of the latch
lemme know if you have anymore questions
