Well I finished painting the other one last night. I'm done with them for now, but I might go with silver later on. I had thought about silver, but decided not to do it at the last minute.

If you did use caliper covers ( I am not suggesting the "Brembo" ones ) You should be able use some good 3M tape/silicone to keep them on the calipers. After all, most shops use magnetic stick on weights when they balance wheels. So a good double sided foam tape should keep covers on, or better yet a good epoxy. Especially since calipers don't have too force exerted on them.Originally Posted by ChikagoGTZ

Those cues deliver the impression:
"i can't quite put my finger on it, but something about that car is just sexy"
or
"i don't know what it is or why, but i love that ride"
Give your car that clean well appointed look, without calling out for extra attention.
i always liked the cars that let my attention come to them, instead stealing it from me with blatant styling cues.

use a torque wrench. that shit worksOriginally Posted by Serstylz2
Don't use a torque wrench to loosen stuff, as it will screw the calibration - use a breaker bar or pipe extension.Originally Posted by pvu_rida

Wow Krispy that looks too clean man! I matched mines with the white for a while, but too hard to keep clean.

Those rims look hideous on your car. Get new wheels then worry about the caliper color.Originally Posted by UAL Tripple 7

Wow styles430, thats the first negative thing I have heard about my rims. I get compliments on the street all the time for them. I guess we all have different taste though. Have a great day...now back to worrying about the color of my calipers lol.

Thank you guys so much for the suggestions! I did the silver and it looks sharp! Man they look way better than the red. It really looks low key and clean. I am going to keep them silver. Now I just need to clean my rims and I will be good lol.

i would have preffered the white...but i know what you mean about cleaning them...but since you're using a clear coat now, that may not have been an issue anymore.

can you post pics on the entire car so we can see how the calipers look...not just the rim.

Yeah I'll post some when the sun comes out. The silver does not stand out as much as the white. I had clear coat on the white , but mud, dirt , and break dust still got on them. I used a different clear coat this time so we will see what happens.
