Your new pulley is ~ 1.08% smaller then the original. So you would need an overdrive pulley 1.08% larger then the OEM overdrive pulley. So if the original alty pulley is 5"(no clue, just using a number), you would need a 5.4" overdrive pulley to keep things close to stock.

Idk, this is just basic math, if Im wrong, shoot me

    Slowboyracing carries different pulleys:

    Great I appreciate the link.
The new underdrive pulley is actually 8% smaller than the other:
    [.5/(6.25)]*100

So if a one to one replacement is need than I'll just need a pulley 8% bigger. So even thogh I have no idea how you got the right answer LOL, YOU DID !

If the alt pulley is 5" that would make it 5.4' and you get to that like this
    [(5*.08)+5]= 5.4

I wonder if the replacement ration is 1:1 though.
Why I got half a mind to...ahhh...never mind I just got half a mind.

honestly unles you are running a big system, its not going to make a difference.

the pulley will not effect the operation of your electrical systems, cept maybe if you are running a lot of stuff(fans, defrost, system, headlights.
    all at idle.
during all other rpms' your alternator is going to crank out plenty of power.
