screaching sound coming from behind the brakes?

I get a screaching sound from behind me driver side wheel while im driving, and a slight shimmy on the highway. I took off the wheel and found that i was able to shimmy the whole setup on that side, rotor, caliper, shock, everything just had a little play. I think i was able to narrow it down to this point where it just dosnt hold tight::

I'm not as auto savvy as a lot of you guys out there, so the terminology escapes me, just seeing if you guys could offer any advice, or point me in the right direction of im off track. Thanks in advance.

Lower Control Arm ball joint. It's cheaper to replace the entire LCA...should be around 150 bucks from Mitsubishi Parts, or cheaper online.
