I cleared my lights, and i dont want to just heat it back up and stick it back together cause i dont wanna risk leaks: what would u recommend i can get at like autozone to seal it back up? i have some stuff "clear rtv silicone adhesive sealer (66b)", would that work??

I have 2 sets of headlights that I've opened and closed numerous times by heating them with a heat gun and I'v never had any leaks.

if you fill them up with distilled water you can test them for leaks. water should only come out where the weap holes are. then just let the headlights dry inside before you put them back on
