    Generic Question SOHC > DOHC

I got my 1991 HH Galant SE to learn to drive in, and my parents are giving it to me for my 18th birthday. Its in immacualte nic, but i just wanted to give it a bit more go. I've read that a SOHC to DOHC head conversion is possible, but is it worth doing(cost whys)? If so where could i find a DOHC head? :?:

    Thanks

you could get all the parts you need for pretty darn cheap at a junkyard. i say if you can do it yourself, go for it.
you will learn a lot in the proccess.

Yeah, all the parts at the junklyard, including the wiring harness. Personally, I would keep the wiring and swap your block with one from a 92 EXPO which is a SOHC 4G64...........would give you about 18 more HP.
