    i wanted to do this because of the chrome gril hahahah but whey the fog's? couldent i use the one i got now? i plan on getting halo fog's anyway...

    look at the fogs u have now then look at the fogs on the '99-'01... they're not the same. u will at the least need the fog garnish pieces from the '99-'01 even if u want to get halo fogs. i also think ur gonna have to do some cutting to the nosepiece metal "waterfall" bracket behind the upper grill to complete the conversion.

    You do know they sell 02-03 chrome grilles right? I actually saw them on a white 8G the other day and they looked hot.

    The only other thing that may be different is the tabs underneath the bumper cover that bolt onto the bottom of the car. Shouldn't really matter, though, as neither of mine are attached as of now

    I just worked on a 02 bumper yesterday. It was a pain in the ass. The center piece that holds the grille has one big screw then is spot welded all over.

    You will need to cut that or drill the welds so you can take it off.
