    NEED HELP:6a13TT triptonic AWD converted to triptonic FWD

    I have the 6a13tt engine with the auto trans that came with the engine. I originaly looking for the fto manual box. But it's kind hard to find. I am thinking of converted the auto box AWD to FWD since I didn't get the rear axle when I bought the half cut.

    Can it be done?Has anyone ever heard or done this?

    lock the centre diff in the auto, either by welding or using an EVO4+ centre diff elimator kit.

    then remove the transfer case, voila, FWD.

    happy times
    Horsepower is NOT proportional to the cross sectional area of your exhaust tip.
