I cant find any strut bars for the galant! Dont want to get those cheap roundy ones. The only that seems decent is:

you have a 4 banger. so i'd go with like the oem 3g eclipse one, or the dc sports bar.

if he really wants something stiff, id go with the stock bar. if he wants something stuff but still "pretty" i'd go with the dc sports bar since he has a 4cyl and cuz the dc sports bar doens't pivot around like the freedom design bar.

    true,

and ikorty, since price is an issue, go to the dealer and pick up the 3G eclipse strut bar, brackets, and bolts, should come out to just under $50 and its very stiff and works great, i'm pimpin' one right now.

go look where the rear strut towers are and you'll see why there isn't a rsb for the 8g.

although, doesn't the rear sway bar for the 7g work for the 8g?

but ya, rsb wouldn't work too well

    here is a pic

take a good look at the black bar attached to the blue pieces.
That is the 3G stock bar. It works excelent and it fits both V6 and I4.

    Cheap and it works.

There is no need for a rear strut bar. The towers are already solidly connected.
    8G 4 life!

yea. you might want to check the 3g forums, or even a junk yard.

Do they come stock or something sinc ei can get it at junkyard? and how possible is it they have it in junkyard?

  17. #17
i wouldn't call it the stock oem 3g bar, if it doesn't come with the car. but yea, it comes with the v6's and i believe the spyders also.

but yea, i've pulled 4 bars off the 3g's already at my yard.
