    Flowmaster or Magnaflow

I want to get a muffler for my Galant, and i was looking at the Flowmaster 80 series. My friend got a Magnaflow on his 5 Cylinder Colorado and it sounds AMAZING! The Magnaflow i want is a STREET muffler, not a FART cannon. I am wanting a deep, throaty, muscle car sound. Is there any suggestions on which one i should get.

    Thanks and God Bless

Adding just a muffler wont gain you any performance. I say leave it stock untill you get a cat back or upgrade the rest of the system.

Doesnt look like that anymore tho, thats the sound, I also have an Injen intake influencing the sound a bit

Flowmaster recommends the 60 series not the 80. No one here and I posted this a year ago, has one with a sound clip. With the flowmaster (which I want to do) you have to worry about a pipe before the muffler and a tail pipe (how wide for sound) is an even greater unknown. The magnaflow that Zobgel mentioned sound very good not ricey at all and you dont have to guesswork the tail pipe. Also you can do a cat back from megan fo under 400 maybe even 300 if you shop around. It also sounds pretty good.
